Notes: Ruby red with garnet reflexions, it arrives to the nose with a pleasurable fruity and floral bouquet enriched with vivid spices and lightly burned firewood scents. A good structure is provided on the palate, with notes of raspberry and rose sustained by heavy tannins and a good texture.
Serving suggestions: Red meat, braised, stews and roasts and truffle based dishes.
